Ingredients

  • 250g butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup pure icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 mugs plain flour
  • 1/2 cup custard natural powder

Technique

  • Step one Preheat range to 180�C. Line two baking plastic trays with baking paper. Location butter, glucose and vanilla into the food processor chip. Process for 2 a few minutes or till well combined.
  • 2 Add flour plus custard natural powder. Pulse until just mixed (don’t over-process or biscuits will not really have the fine texture).
  • Step 3

    Roll placed teaspoonfuls of mix into small lite flite. Place onto ready baking trays. Push using a floured hand to flatten somewhat. Bake for twelve minutes or till light golden. Enable to stand upon trays for two minutes before moving to a cable rack to great. Repeat with staying biscuit mixture.
