Recipes AMIEs Mango Cake

  1. icing
  2. 1 cup sifted sugar
  3. 1 cup refreshing milk
  4. 1/2 cup butter
  5. 1 cup chilled whipped cream
  6. 4 ripe company mangoes, peeled and sliced into 1″ x 21/2″ pieces

  9. .25 cup water
  10. 1/2 mug butter
  11. 2 cup sifted sugar
  12. 2 cup sifted cake flour
  13. 10 egg whites

Recipes AMIEs Mango Cake

  1. Heat the oven to 175ºC (350ºF). Prepare a paper-lined 13″x9″ rectangular skillet.

  2. Beat egg yolks along with water and vanilla until creamy. Progressively add sugar, stirring well until solid and yellow colored. Beat egg whites until foamy and add sugar, beating until stiff but not dry. Collapse egg yolks, alternately, with flour in to egg whites. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 moments, until done. Leave it to amazing.

  3. ICING: Dissolve sugar in to the milk. Cream butter until comfortable. Beat in milk mixture, until easy. Blend in whipped cream. Set apart.

  4. Split cake. Spread icing on cut layer and arrange sliced up mangoes, leaving several pieces for topping. Put the other half of the wedding cake on top and ice all over. Garnish with remaining sliced mangoes.

  5. Chill and serve. Share and enjoy!
