  1. 1 box 12oz. Jumbo Pasta Shells
  2. 1 lb Ground Italian Hot Sausage
  3. 1 16 oz. Container Ricotta Cheese
  4. 3 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese divided
  5. 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese divided
  6. 1 Salt

    1. Pre heat oven to 350

    2. In a large pot, carry salted water to a boil. Adequate to cover shells.

    3. Make meals shells for 9 minutes.

    4. Remove shells, drain water, and spot on a wax paper covered candy bar sheet to cool.

    5. Throughout a skillet, brown sausage meat, practiced with salt
