  1. 3 huge russet potatoes
  2. salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic dust, tabasco sauce
  3. 1/3 box Velveeta cheese
  4. 1 can cream of chicken
  5. 1 can cream of mushroom
  6. 1/2 diced onion
  7. 1 seasoned bread crumbs

  1. Boil whole potatoes for about 15 minutes enabling cool

  2. While potatoes are cooling, incorporate the other ingredients and mix very well. Then shred your cooled potatoes together with add to mixture. Mix until blended

  3. Put in a greased 9by13 casserole and bake covered to get 20 minutes at 350°

  4. Uncover and top lightly with expert bread crumbs and bake uncovered a further 10 minutes or until top can be golden brown
