Recipes Mexican Dip Appetizer

  1. 1 can hot or regular bean dip (9oz)
  2. 1/2 can tomato paste
  3. 1 can green chiles (4oz)
  4. 2 large avocados
  5. 2 tsp lime juice
  6. 1/2 tsp Lawrys Seasoning Salt
  7. 1/2 cup sour cream
  8. 1/2 cup Real Mayonnaise
  9. 1 packages Taco seasoning
  10. 2 large green onions chopped
  11. 1 4oz jar chopped pimentos drained
  12. 5 or 6 slices jarred jalapeño peppers chopped
  13. 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican four cheese mix
  14. 10 small cherry tomatoes

Recipes Mexican Dip Appetizer

  1. In a bowl combine bean dip, tomato paste and green chiles.

  2. Spread in a 12″ round pie dish.

  3. (I rinse out the same exact bowl and reuse in each step) Now scoop out the meat of the avacado and put in bowl. Smash and add lime juice and Lawrys seasoning salt. Mix well. Spread on bean mixture. **you can use your favorite pre-made guacamole instead if desired**

  4. In bowl combine bitter cream, mayo and taco seasoning. Spread mixture on avocado layer.

  5. In bowl mix chopped green onion, pimentos and chopped jalapeño slices. Spread over sour cream mixture.

  6. Top with shredded cheese. Slice tomato vegetables in half and add on top of cheese.

  7. Chill until ready to serve. Use tortilla chips to dip.
