Recipes Fresh Peach Cheesecake Crumble Bars

  1. FOR CRUMB MIXTURE FOR CRUST AND TOPPING
  2. 2 cup all-purpose flour
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 2 cup oats, I used Quaker old fashioned oats
  5. 2 tsp baking soda
  6. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, in room temperature
  7. 1/2 cup iight brown sugar, packed
  8. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  9. PEACH CHEESECAKE LAYER
  10. 8 oz cream cheese, at room heat
  11. 2/3 cup confectioner’s sugar
  12. 2 large 3ggs, beaten
  13. 1 tsp vanilla draw out
  14. 5 cup about 6 medium fresh peaches, peeled, pit removed and sliced in about 1/4 inch slices
  15. 1/4 tsp floor cinnamon
  16. CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE
  17. 12 oz semisweet chocolate, melted right before using

  1. Preheat stove to 350. Spray the 9 by 13 in . baking pan with cooking spray

  2. Inside a bowl with a shell mix flour, salt, cooking soda, oats, light brownish sugar, cinnamon and spread until moistened and mixed

  3. Press half associated with the flour/ oat combination into prepared pan. Cook for 10 minutes after that cool while making filling up

  4. In a dish beat cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, vanilla, eggs plus cinnamon until smooth.

  5. Spread cream cheese filling up evenly over baked brown crust area

  6. Evenly line upward peach slices on filling up

  7. Sprinkle remaing flour/oat crumble evenly over appricots

  8. Bake for twenty to 25 minutes till filling is just arranged and topping is fantastic

  9. Cool on stand 30 minutes before including chocolate drizzle. Melt chocolates for drizzle in micro wave or double boiler. Drizzle over top. Chill till arranged

  10. Cut in to pubs
