Recipes Blondie’s Mom’s Basic Vegetable Curry Dip

  1. 1/4 tsp dried tarragon
  2. 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon salt
  3. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon curry powder, or more to taste
  4. 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  5. 2 parsley sprigs
  6. 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  7. 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  8. 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  9. 4 oz cream cheese, cut into chunks
  10. 1 green onion, including some of the green tops, chopped

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until well blended.

  2. Transfer to a bowl or dish and refrigerate for several hours.
