  1. 5 packages cream cheese, 8 ounce each at room temperature
  2. 2 mug sugar
  3. 1/4 cup flour
  4. 1/4 tsp salt
  5. 5 large eggs
  6. 2 egg yolks
  7. 2 tsp vanilla
  8. 1/4 mug heavy cream
  9. 1 boiling water, as needed
  10. one lb semisweet, milk chocolates or colored confectionary coating (aka summer time coating)
  11. 40 lolipop stays

  1. preheat oven to 325° putting rack in middle associated with oven.

  2. in large bowl, using electrical mixer set at low velocity, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and salt until smooth.

  3. add within eggs and yolks one in a time, beating well after addition of each egg.

  4. beat within vanilla and cream.

  5. grease 10 within cake pan. pour batter within pan, place in larger roasting pan. fill roasting pan along with boiling wateruntil its 1/2 way up sides of cake skillet. bake 35-45 minutes.

  6. cool to space temperature, cover and refrigerate until very cold, at least 3 hours.

  7. details cheesecake into 2 oz tennis balls and place on parchment papers lined baking sheet.

  8. insert a stick into each ball. freeze, discovered 1-2 hours until very difficult.

  9. place 0.5 candy coating in a bowl, microwave about 30 seconds until melted. stir until smooth.

  10. quickly dip and swirl pops to coating. shake off excess. place on clear parchment paper. refrigerate up to 24 hours until prepared to function.
