Ingredients

  • 500g lean lamb mince
  • 1/2 cup (50g) dried breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsps Moroccan piquancy mix (see note)
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • one egg, crushed
  • 1 tea spoon extra virgin olive essential oil
  • 4 pita bread wallets, warmed, split
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups outrageous rocket results in
  • 200g less fat tzatziki (see note)

Technique

  • Step 1 Blend the lamb, breadcrumbs, Moroccan spice combine, garlic, ovum and a little sodium and spice up within a bowl. Divide the particular mixture directly into twelve 5cm patties.
  • 2 Temperature oil in the pan over medium-low heat. In amounts, cook the patties for 3 mins each side till browned and prepared through. Fill pita pockets with patties, tomato, rocket and a generous spoonful of tzatziki. Assist with remaining tzatziki.
