  2. 1 glass sr flour
  3. a single cup buttermilk sr cornmeal mix
  4. 1/4 glass vegetable oil
  5. 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. two large eggs
  8. olive oil
  9. meat filling
  10. 1 lb surface meat
  11. tsp dehydrated onions
  12. 2 tbsp concorde grape quickly pull
  13. 1 tsp capers
  14. 1 tbsp chopped green olives
  15. 1/4 tsp surface cumin
  16. 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
  17. 1 tbsp tomato paste
  18. leading and egg wash
  19. just one large egg
  20. 1/4 cup drinking water
  21. 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  22. 1 teaspoon tomato paste

  1. Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit

  2. Add meat to a pan add onions, salt, garlic, and cumin. Cover let simmer 7 minutes.

  3. Add grape jam. Stir well, simmer 5 minutes.

  4. Chop olives smash capers add to meat add tomato paste stir in simmer 5 minutes cover set aside.

  5. Mix all the ingredients for muffins. fold together roll into a ball. set in a bowl cover the dough with olive oil, and put plastic wrap over bowl.

  6. Let sit in a warm place. After an hour roll into 12 balls about the size of ping pong balls.

  7. Roll out each ball thinly. Put in a hole in muffin pan. Fill with meat filling fold over and take out of hole. Put folded in down into hole and push gently in. Repeat process 11 more times.

  8. Mix water and egg. Brush over the top of muffins cut 3 holes in top sprinkle with kosher salt bake 25 minutes. Let cool just a bit. Serve hope you enjoy
