  1. 400 grams spaghetti
  2. 100 grams frozen spinach
  3. 100 grams frozen green peas
  4. 4 tbsp green pesto
  5. 12 pieces fresh basil leaves
  6. 100 ml sour cream
  7. 50 grams grated parmesan
  8. 1 salt and ground black pepper

  1. Cook the particular pasta (spaghetti) according in order to the packet directions, till al dente.

  2. Prepare spinach and peas inside a separate salted cooking water until tender. Place the vegetables, basil leaves, pesto, cream and parmesan inside a food blender and whizz to create a smooth sauce.
