  7. FINISHING SEARING
  8. 1 tbsp olive oil
  9. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  10. 1/4 tsp my spice rub, attached in direction #2
  11. 1/4 tsp salt

  1. Preheat water in Sous Vide to 150F

  2. In a tiny bowl mix sour cream, ” lemon ” juice, romano cheese and piquancy rub, recipe attached below

  3. Prepare turkey. Brush just about all over with sour cream liven mix, add butter pieces consistently on turkey.
