  1. 2 medium-size snakehead fish, cut to be able to taste
  2. just one bunch waterspinach, cut then boil
  3. 200 gr flour
  4. 25 gr breadcrumbs
  5. a couple of thumb turmeric, pureed
  6. just one thumb sizing piece ginger, pureed
  7. 3 cloves garlic, finely sliced
  8. 1 teaspoon coriander dust
  9. 1/4 teaspoon ground self defense
  10. to style Sugar in addition to salt
  11. Oil for baking
  12. SAMBAL (sauce):
  13. 10 cayenne pepper chilis
  14. a few red chillis
  15. 5 onion
  16. 2 cloves garlic
  17. just one tomato

  1. Mix flour and bread crumbs in a bowl. Add the garlic, coriander, turmeric, ginger, pepper, sugar and salt. Stir well, add enough water.

  2. Insert pieces of fish in a solution of flour and fry until cooked. Remove and drain.

  3. Blend all the sauce ingredients and stir-fry a moment. Set aside.

  4. Serve fish fry along with spinach and chilli.

  5. I don’t know what this vegetable is called there, if here called KANGKUNG…. maybe it’s Morning Glory, Water Spinach, Swamp Cabbage, Watercress, Kale.???
