Recipes Veggie Wild Rice

  1. 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  2. 1/4 cup chopped onion
  3. 2/3 cup chopped green pepper
  4. 1 cup diced yellow summer season squash
  5. a couple of medium pumpkin, cut into 1/4 inches slices
  6. 2 to 3 cup sliced sweet chili peppers
  7. 1 packages (6 ounces) long materials and wild rice combine

Recipes Veggie Wild Rice

  1. In a saucepan, place rice combine, contents of seasoning packet and drinking water as directed on the package.

  2. Provide a boil.

  3. Add carrots.

  4. Reduce high temperature.

  5. Cover and simmer to get 30 minutes or until rice can be tender and water is absorbed.

  6. Meanwhile, in the skillet, sauté melons, peppers and onion in oil till crisp tender.

  7. Stir straight into rice mixture.

  8. *This formula makes about 4 servings. *
