  1. 1 kilogram oyster mushrooms
  2. 12 peeled almonds
  3. 1/2 tsp paprika
  4. salt
  5. hundred ml white wine
  6. flour
  7. 1 tbsp butter

Recipes Oyster mushrooms with almond sauce

  1. Wipe clean the oyster mushrooms and set aside

  2. Grind the peeled almonds (use a blender if you have one)

  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the mushrooms season with salt – fry for 8 mins turning the mushrooms so they brown on both sides

  4. Put the white wine, ground almonds and flour in a separate pan and cook until the sauce thickens – stir to prevent the sauce becoming lumpy

  5. Put the fried mushrooms on a serving plate and pour the sauce over them – garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately
