  1. 200 grams Cake flour
  2. 2 tsp Baking powder
  3. 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  4. 50 grams Salted butter
  5. 100 ml Whey (can substitute milk)
  6. 1 dashboard Milk (to finish)

  1. Add the dry ingredients to a new bowl and use a whisk in order to mix together. Be sure there are zero lumps.
