Recipes Buffalo Chicken Bowl

  1. 1 chicken breast; boneless, skinless
  2. 1 cup buffalo sauce
  3. 1/2 avocado; thick slices
  4. 1/3 bunch cilantro; chiffonade
  5. 1/4 reddish onion; julienne
  6. 1 few of arugala
  7. 1 bubbly vinaigrette; as needed
  8. 1 tsp onion powder
  9. 1 tsp garlic powder
  10. 1 tsp paprika
  11. 1/2 tsp ground celery seed
  12. 1/2 tsp ground coriander seeds
  13. 1 touch of salt and white pepper
  14. 1 vegetable oil; as required

Recipes Buffalo Chicken Bowl

  1. Coat chicken with enough oil to cover. Season with dried spices. Sear each side in a cast iron pan. Add buffalo sauce. Cover and bake at 300° for approximately 40 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165°

  2. Cover onions with cold water for ten minutes to remove a little of the pungent bite.

  3. Combine arugala, cilantro, and onions in a mixing bowl. Toss with enough vinaigrette to coat. Add a pinch of salt. Place at the bottom of a large salad bowl.

  4. Top with avocado then chicken breast.

  5.
