Recipes Marinated Vermicelli

  1. 20 g bean‐starch vermicelli (cellophane noodle)
  2. 1/2 cucumber (slice thinly)
  3. crab sticks (or tube‐shaped fish paste cake)(to taste)
  4. marinade: (mixed in advance)
  5. *1 Tbsp white vinegar
  6. *1 teaspoon sugar
  7. *1 tsp~ soy spices
  8. * in order to taste sesame oil

Recipes Marinated Vermicelli

  1. Soak cucumber in cold salted (1 tsp) water for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze well.

  2. Bring the water to a boil, add bean‐starch vermicelli and cook according to the directions on the package. Cut into bite sized pieces.

  3. Mix all ingredients and marinate.
