Recipes Tofu Bagels

Recipes Tofu Bagels

  1. 200 g Silky Tofu
  2. 200 g Bread flour
  3. 1 Tbsp Sugar
  4. 0.5 tsp Sodium
  5. 1 short tsp quick yeast (a little lower than 1 tsp)
  6. 2 cups Warm water for cooking
  7. 1 Tbsp Honey

Recipes Tofu Bagels

  1. Wrap a tofu in paper towels and place tofu on the plate. Microwave about 20 seconds. (Please DO NOT cook too long! ) Remove damp paper towels.

  2. Mix tofu, flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl. Knead for about 10 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Cut the dough into 4 equal sized pieces. Roll each piece into a rope. Put the two ends together and shape into a doughnut. Let rest for 10 minutes.

  4. Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C. Put a pot over the heat and add the sweetie to the boiled water.

  5. Facial boil bagel for 30 seconds. Turn all of them over and boil another 30 secs.

  6. Bake for 15 mins.

  7. Scents good!!!
