Recipes Caramel Pudding Cake by Blondie

  1. 1/2 cup butter, softened
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. one tsp cooking powder
  4. 0.5 cup almost all purpose flour
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 0.5 cup dairy
  7. 1/2 mug raisins
  8. 1 cup packed brown sugars
  9. 2 mug cold drinking water

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.

  3. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to creamed mixture.

  4. Add milk and stir until smooth.

  5. Stir in raisins.

  6. Spread in a greased 8 inch square baking pan.

  7. Combine brown sugar and cold water; pour over batter.

  8. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

  9. Serve warm.
