Recipes Sushi Salad Bowl

  1. several 1/2 cup cooked properly short grain brown rice with room temperature
  2. 3 pot sprouts of the choice
  3. 2 finely sliced green onions
  4. 1 large carrot, shredded
  5. 1 large avocado, diced
  6. a couple of tbsp sesame plant seeds
  7. 4 nori sheets, cut into thin in long strips

Recipes Sushi Salad Bowl

  1. Combine rice, sprouts, green onions, avocado and carrot and toss gently.

  2. Softly fold in nori strips and top with sesame seeds.

  3. *You can also add dressing if desired. I use Great Ginger Dressing found in my profile. *
