  1. 4 pear
  2. 100 grams dark chocolate
  3. 100 grams butter
  4. 2 large eggs
  5. 80 grams sugar
  6. one tbsp cocoa powder
  7. 40 grams baking flour

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Softly grease 4 ramekins with butter.

  2. Softens the chocolate and spread a “bagnomaria”. Beat the sugar with 2 tablespoon of water then combine with eggs, until thick and soft. Add the chocolate cream and mix until well combined.

  3. Sift in the flour and cocoa, and stir to blend. Put the mixture onto the ready small baking pan. Put each pear in the center of the pots and pans. Put on trays and bake in the particular oven for 15-20 minutes.

  4. Remove from the particular oven and leave to cool regarding 20 minutes. Carefully remove from the particular pan. Serve, share and… enjoy!
