Recipes White Chicken Chili (crockpot)

  1. a couple of lb Chicken, grilled and chopped
  2. 2 could Large butter espresso beans, drained
  3. 3 can Navy beans, drained
  4. 2 tsp Cumin
  5. 2 tbsp Oregano
  6. 1 tsp Salt
  7. 2 teaspoon White pepper
  8. 1 cup White onion, finely diced
  9. a couple of can Chicken broth (about 5 cups)
  10. 7 oz Diced efficient chilies
  11. 2 tsp Garlic powder OR three to four cloves minced garlic
  12. three or more tbsp Cornstarch, combine with one tablespoon water regarding thickening within the last hour

Recipes White Chicken Chili (crockpot)

  1. Combine all in a slow cooker (crockpot).

  2. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 8 hours or more. You may stir once or twice gently, but don’t overdo it or the beans will start to break apart.

  3. Add cornstarch slurry in the last hour or so. Mix in well.

  4. Optional toppings: fresh cilantro or green onions, pepper jack cheese, sour cream, oyster crackers, crushed tortilla chips
