  2. 1/2 lb yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/2 inch slices
  3. 1 head of cauliflower, stem removed and sliced lengthways
  4. 6 clove garlic thinly sliced
  5. 1/2 tsp sea salt
  6. 8 oz room temperature cream cheese
  7. half of cup half and 50 %
  8. 3 oz romano mozzarella dairy product, grated
  9. 2 tbsp renewable onions
  10. 1/4 cup dissolved butter
  11. 1 cup panko japanese breadcrumbs
  12. 1 tsp pepper

  1. Preheat stove to 350°F.

  2. In a large container of boiling water, include potatoes and cauliflower. Make 15-20 minutes or till potatoes are tender.

  3. Drain. In a number of batches place potatoes and cauliflower through a ricer. In large mixing dish, add in salt, spice up, cream cheese, garlic and half and half. Blend well.

  4. Location mixture into a greased 11″by 7″ baking meal.

  5. Mix collectively chives, breadcrumbs, romano parmesan cheese and melted butter. Spread on top of taters.

  6. Bake with regard to twenty minutes. Put below broiler for two moments to complete.
