Recipes Asian Flank Steak

  1. 1 pound flank steak
  2. 1/4 mug sherry or apple fruit juice
  3. 1/4 cup honey
  4. two tbsp white vinegar
  5. one tbsp minced and peeled ginger
  6. 2 crushed cloves garlic
  7. 1 tsp darkish sesame oil
  8. 1/4 cup soy sauce (I use reduced sodium)

Recipes Asian Flank Steak

  1. In a resealable plastic bag, blend steak, sherry or juice, soy spices, honey, vinegar, ginger, sesame oil in addition to garlic.

  2. Place steak inside bag and marinate in the fridge for 8 hours, turning occasionally.

  3. Remove steak from bag.

  4. Reserve marinade.

  5. Location steak on the broiler pan coated together with vegetable oil spray.

  6. Make 8 minutes per side.

  7. Baste frequently with reserved marinade.

  8. Boil remaining marinade over medium sized heat for 1 minute.

  9. Carve steak into thin slices.

  10. Serve immediately.
