Ingredients

  • five eggs
  • 3/4 cup caster sugar

  • 250g punnet bananas, hulled, diced
  • 1/2 cup caster glucose
  • 1 tea spoon lemon fruit juice
  • 1 tsp cornflour

Method

  • Phase 1

    Make cheat’s strawberry jam: Combine bananas, sugar and citrus juice in a saucepan. Set aside to get 5 minutes.
