  1. 1 large cut carrot
  2. 1 tbsp oil
  3. 4 clove dice garlic
  4. 2 thumbs size slice ginger
  5. 2 dice onion
  6. 2 cup fresh tomato or tomato spaghetti sauce
  7. WINE OPTION
  8. 1/2 cup red wine or rice wine or ginger stone ginger flavour currant wine
  9. MEAT OPTION
  10. 500 grams pork rib or chop
  11. ADDITIONAL ADD ON OPTION
  12. 2 large hard boiled egg
  13. 10 Green bean
  14. SEASONING
  15. 1 dash salt and white pepper
  16. GARNISH
  17. 1 dash dried parsley

  1. ADDITIONAL ADD ON OPTION

  2. Bring a pot of water with 2 eggs and a drop of oil to a boil for 8 to 10 minute then drain and cooled removed shell

  3. Bring a pan of water to a boil then add salt and green bean to a simmer for 3 moments then drain and set aside

  4. SAUTE INGREDIENT

  5. in pan with oil saute garlic, ginger and onion then add carrot

  6. add pork and tomato then add wine with seasoning bring to a simmer

  7. Pour all ingredient in to preasure cooker on high and cook it for 40 minute

  8. Once its cooked just add hard boiled egg simmer for another a few to 5 minute till sauce are slightly thickening and serve hot
