  1. 6 one day old bread proceeds
  2. 1/4 liter milk
  3. several egg yolk
  4. 1 crunch cinnamon
  5. 4 tbsp sugar
  6. 1 kg fresh cherries (black or red) using stones
  7. 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  8. 3 tbsp chopped walnuts
  9. 3 egg white
  10. a single stick butter

  1. Slice the roll and let all of them absorb in the heated milk, established aside and cool. When cooled include egg yolk, sugar, cinnamon, breadcrumbs and almonds, mix well.
