  1. two chicken breasts; bone-in
  2. 2 tsp McCormick Sriracha powder
  3. one tsp ground coriander
  4. 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp onion powder
  6. 1 salt plus black pepper; to taste
  7. 1 peanut essential oil; as needed

Recipes Sriracha Roasted Chicken Breast

  1. Toss with enough peanut oil to cover. Season along with dried spices except salt. Marinate in fridge for 4-48 hrs.

  2. Provide each breast a dab associated with peanut oil being careful not really to take the spices away. Add salt.

  3. Roast at 350° with regard to approximately 40 minutes or till thermometer reaches 165°
