Recipes K’s Parmesan Artichoke Stuffed Onion

  1. 2 Onion
  2. 100 grams Parmesan cheese
  3. 4 Artichoke
  4. 100 grams Chicken breast / minced
  5. 1/2 tsp Salt
  6. 1 tsp Dark pepper
  7. 1 bunch Springtime onion / chopped
  8. 1 as needed Origano
  9. 1 as needed Butter to brush onion bowl
  10. 1 Aluminum foil

Recipes K’s Parmesan Artichoke Stuffed Onion

  1. Clean and peel onion, make the onion bowl using a knife and even spoon to take the insides out there, brush some butter inside, set besides.

  2. Produce chicken Parmesan: mix minced chicken using finely chopped onion, add chopped artichoke, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and early spring onion. Mix well. (Serve some parmesan cheese to sprinkle on the top)

  3. Products the onion with Chicken Parmesan mixture, top with Parmesan cheese. Cover using foil, bake at 200 C (390 F) for about 15 mins, or perhaps until onion is cooked and dairy products browns. Serve hot as an area dish. I serve with homemade rooster burger, enjoy: )
