Ingredients

  • 200g good-quality chocolates (70% cocoa solids), sliced
  • 300g brown sugar
  • 250g unsalted butter, chopped
  • four eggs, lightly crushed
  • 1/3 mugs (200g) plain flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup (35g) cocoa, plus additional to dust
  • 1/3 cup (85g) fruit mince
  • 1 teaspoon blended spice
  • a single cup (100g) done walnuts, sliced

Technique

  • Step 1

    Preheat the range in order to 180�C. Grease a 22cm rectangular pastry or brownie pan and series the particular base with baking paper.
