Ingredients

  • 300g almond dinner
  • 180g arrowroot powder
  • 60g ground flaxseeds
  • 1/3 cup pepitas
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • two tablespoons dark chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda, sifted
  • 3 tsps sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seed products
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seed products
  • 8 ovum
  • 2 tsps apple cider vinegar

Technique

  • Step one Preset the oven to 180�C or 160�C fan-force. Grease and series base and edges of an 11cm x 22cm (base measurements) loaf skillet with baking document.
  • Step two Combine almond dinner, arrowroot, flaxseed, pepitas, sunflower and chia seeds, salt plus bicarbonate soda within a large dish. Combine sesame, poppy and caraway seed products in a bowl.
  • Step 3

    Whisk ovum in a large bowl until foamy. Whisk in vinegar. Add almond mix and stir until combined. Spoon straight into prepared pan. Sprinkle with sesame seed mixture. Bake for 1 hour or even until a skewer inserted in center happens clean. Cool in skillet to get 5 mins. Transfer to the wire stand to cool.
