Recipes Tariwale Aloo and Mattar with Zucchini

  1. 4 white Potatoes – tan skin area on cut into cube size. Cut in salt water.
  2. 1 Zucchini, sliced into cubes
  3. 4 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  4. 1 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
  5. 1 Collection chopped cilantro
  6. 1 Tbsp. of Ginger, Garlic and Turmeric Paste
  7. 1 Tablespoon Organic Curry MASALA
  8. Coriander Talc
  9. 1 Medium size red onion
  10. 2 medium Tomatoes
  11. 6th cloves Garlic
  12. 4 Green Chillies
  13. 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala

Recipes Tariwale Aloo and Mattar with Zucchini

  1. Heat oil in a large pan. Add cumin seeds. In a food blender make puree of onion, tomatoes, garlic herb cloves and green chillies. Cook cumin for 2 minutes. Add chopped cilantro. Cook 2 minutes, add puree and cook covered for 5 minutes. Include a little water (4 tablespoons).

  2. Add plant masala and coriander powder, and include 2 cups of water. Reduce high temperature to simmer and cook covered twelve mins. Add boiled potatoes and banane. Add garam masala and cook twelve mins. on slow heat (covered). Work when ready to eat.
