Ingredients

  • 12 veal schnitzels, halved lengthways
  • 2 red onions, slice into thin wedges leaving base undamaged
  • 24 cherry tomatoes

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat your barbecue or chargrill on medium-high.
  • Step two Thread veal, onion and tomato onto 1 skewer.
  • Step 3

    Repeat to make 12 kebabs.

  • Stage 4

    Cook the kebabs for about 2-3 minutes each part for medium or cooked to your liking. Move to a plate, cover with foil and place aside for 5 moments to rest.
