Recipes AMIEs PUMPKIN, BEANs & SHRIMPs in COCONUT MILK (GINATAANG KALABASA)

  1. 1/2 pound shrimps
  2. 1/2 butternut pumpkin/squash
  3. 1 medium onion, sliced
  4. 3 clove garlic, minced
  5. 2 cup long beans, cut into 3 in . lenghts
  6. 400 ml coconut milk
  7. 2 tbsp fish sauce
  8. 2 pieces chili pepper

  1. Heat oil in a large baking pan over medium heat. Saute onions and even garlic until becomes tender.

  2. Add squash and long beans. Cover up and cook for 5 minutes Put coconut milk, chili pepper and species of fish sauce. Cook in a low high temperature, cover and let it boil intended for a few minutes.

  3. Put shrimps. Simmer for 15 minutes right up until the vegetables are cooked. Season using salt and pepper.
