Recipes Baked Coconut Shrimp

  1. 1/4 pot Flour
  2. 2 tbsp Packed brown sugar
  3. 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  4. 1 Egg
  5. 1 tbsp Limescale juice
  6. a single cup Shredded coconut
  7. 1 lb Uncooked, deveined, peeled, medium shrimp. Thawed(about 40)
  8. a couple of tbsp Butter, melted

  1. Heat oven at 425. Move range rack to the lowest position. squirt rack in broiler pan with cooking food spray

  2. mix flour, dark brown sugar, and salt in shallow dish. beat egg and lime juice within another shallow bowl. place coconut within a third shallow bowl

  3. coat each shrimp with flour mixture. dip each aspect and egg mixture. then coat properly with coconut. put on broiler pan. drizzle with butter.

  4. bake seven to 8 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firm and coconut is beginning to brown.
