Recipes Chicken Antipasto

  1. 1/2 lb boneles chicken brest
  2. 1/4 cup onion
  3. 1/2 can tomato sauce
  4. 3 tbsp ketchup
  5. one tbsp essential olive oil
  6. 1 touch salt
  7. 1 pinch black pepper
  8. 1/2 can tomato sauce

Recipes Chicken Antipasto

  1. preheat pan on medium

  2. add olive oil and sautee the onions

  3. add chicken plus water

  4. cook chicken until you can shred it. About ten minutes

  5. add tomato sauce, ketchup and culantro leave. You may substitute culantro with cilantrillo.

  6. cook for another 2 minutes

  7. add sugar, salt and spice up to taste

  8. Allow the poultry antipasto rest, serve with crackers
