Recipes Daikon Radish Salad

  1. 1/2 Daikon Radish
  2. 1 can tuna or imitation crab meat
  3. 1 Handful dried bonito flakes
  4. Nori seaweed strips for topping
  5. **Ponzu Dressing**
  6. 60 ml Ponzu
  7. 1 Tbsp ground white sesame seeds
  8. 2 tsp mayonaise

Recipes Daikon Radish Salad

  1. Peel the daikon. Cut into slim rectangles, or fine strips. Soak this in cold water till it’s clean. (about 15 minutes)

  2. In a small jar or a container, put in dressing up ingredients and put on the limit, then shake it!

  3. Any time daikon is crispy, drain the drinking water, add tuna, bonito flakes and nori seaweed.

  4. Pour ponzu dressing over when a person eat.

  5. I like ponzu, you could try your own favorite dressing! Enjoy!!
