Recipes Thai chicken green curry

  1. 2 tbsp oil
  2. 5 large chicken breasts sliced thinly
  3. a single large carrot sliced straight into strips
  4. 1 onion, sliced
  5. 4 tbsp ur most liked green curry paste
  6. 14 oz can of coconut milk
  7. a single pints jasmine rice
  8. a single pints cold water

Recipes Thai chicken green curry

  1. Heat oil in a large wok, when smoking, add chicken and quickly stir fry until no pinkness remains

  2. Add carrots and onions and stir fry for 5 minutes

  3. Add curry paste and cook for 2 minutes, finally add coconut milk and continue cooking for 10 minutes

  4. Serve with some steamed Jasmine rice and enjoy

  5. To cook Jasmine place in a rice cooker add water and let it do it’s thing
