  1. 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese ( cracker barrel)
  2. 1/2 lb extra sharp cheddar cheese (cracker barrel)
  3. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  4. one jar diced pimentos., exhausted
  5. 1 to 2 Tbsp onion juice
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp floor black pepper
  8. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon white pepper
  9. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  10. one jalopeno peppers, chopped; in case desired

  1. Grate the cheese. DO NOT EMPLOY PROCESSED GRATED Cheese. It does not necessarily soften. Add in 1/2 cups mayonaise; add in slowly to see when you will need the whole amount. Mix inside the rest of the ingredients. May over mix. Use a fork. Allow set overnite to blend.
