  1. Ingredients
  2. 8 small red potatoes, regarding the size of an ovum
  3. 3 tbsp olive olive oil or melted butter
  4. 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, snipped into bits
  5. 1 dash sea salt, optional

Recipes Rosemary Red Potatoes

  1. Cut potatoes into quarters, pat dried out

  2. Place in medium bowl, drizzle with olive oil

  3. Sprinkle rosemary over potatoes, stir to coat completely

  4. Arrange on cookie sheet, one layer

  5. Place in oven, bake at 425°F for 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden, and tender

  6. Function and enjoy.

  7. Goes excellent with steak, chicken, or anything you including.
