Ingredients

  • 2 (400g) chicken breast fillets
  • 1 teaspoon Portuguese chicken seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon nice chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 baby cos lettuce coronary heart, leaves washed, shredded
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut in to sticks
  • 250g grape tomato vegetables, halved
  • eight mini flour tortillas

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 180C/160C fanforced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place chicken, in a single layer, in a short ceramic dish. Mix seasoning, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon oil in a jug. Pour over chicken. Turn to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 20 moments.
  • Step two Warmth remaining oil in a frying pan over medium-high warmth. Cook chicken with regard to 1 to 2 minutes each part or until golden. Transfer chicken to prepared tray. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked via.
