  1. 1 a little big eggplant (remove the stem, cut in half lengthwise, prick holes in a whole lower end of an eggplant with a new fork. )

  3. * 50g white miso
  4. * 50 cc mirin
  5. * 50 closed circuit sake
  6. * 1~2 tbsp sugar
  7. 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  1. Put * marked ingredients in some sort of pan, turn on the low hearth and stir with a spatula consistently until the sauce becomes thick, to get 3~4 mins.

  3. Put the miso sauce in the cut end of a eggplant, and grill with toaster the oven until well browned.

  4. Major with shiso leaves. (optional)
