Recipes Red Potatoes with Herbs & Butter

  1. 3 lb red potatoes
  2. 3/4 oz rosemary; minced
  3. 1 tbsp thyme; minced
  4. 1 stick butter
  5. just one salt in addition to pepper

Recipes Red Potatoes with Herbs & Butter

  1. Cover red potatoes with cold water in a large pot. Add salt.

  2. Boil until easily pierced with a paring knife. Drain.

  3. Heat butter in a large saute pan. Add herbs. Add potatoes when butter browns. Toss. Season with salt and pepper.
