  1. 4 bananas
  2. 2 dark cardamon pods
  3. 1 entire vanilla pod ( bean )
  4. some tbsp butter melted
  5. just one whole grated rind regarding orange
  6. 2 tbsp eau-de-vie or fresh fruit juice
  7. 4 tbsp light muscovado (brown) glucose
  8. 4 tbsp mascarpone or even creme fraiche to serve
  9. 3 green cardamon pods

  1. Put the banans with their cases intact on a hot grill to get 6-8 minutes turning them every hence often. until the skin is changed a black colour, but not burnt off.

  2. Meanwhile break the cardamon pods and release the seeds, break them with mortar and pestle.

  3. Split the vanilla pod lengthways scrape out the seeds and combination with the cardamon, orange rind, eau-de-vie or juice, muscovado sugar and typically the butter into a thickish paste.

  4. Use a sharp knife and cut the skin of each banana lengthwise and spoon in some composite. serve straight away witha spoonful involving mascarpone or creme fraiche.
