  1. 40 oz Italian meatballs
  2. 1 lb corkscrew pasta cook as directed on box
  3. 28 oz tomato puree
  4. 28 oz tomato sauce
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1 tbsp sweet basil
  7. 1/2 tsp whole leaf oregano
  8. 1/2 cup sugar
  9. 1 tsp crushed red pepper optional
  10. 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
  11. 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  12. 8 slice provolone cheese
  13. 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  14. 3 tbsp butter

  1. Add tomato puree and sauce to a sauce pan. Heat to a good simmer, then add the meatballs. Cover cook for 20 minutes add spices and sugar. Cover simmer 10 moments.

  2. Add cheeses to the top of meatballs cover, remove from heat. Let sit 12 minutes undisturbed. Boil your pasta.

  3. After its boiled drain. Add butter and parsley to it. Stir mixing well

  4. Function with meatballs and sauce on top. Garnish with crushed red pepper along with a bit of parsley. Hope you enjoy!
