  1. 500 gr white rice
  2. 200 gr tripe, boiled until soft and then cut to taste
  3. 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  4. 2 shallots, thinly sliced
  5. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  6. 1 leek, sliced medium
  7. 1 tsp bouillon powder (beef flavor)
  8. 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  9. to taste Salt
  10. Oil for frying
  11. GROUND SPICES

  15. 3 cayenne peppers
  16. 1/2 tsp shrimp insert, fried/grilled
  17. COMPLEMENTARY INGRED.
  18. Fried eggs
  19. Pickled cucumbers
  20. Crackers
  21. Fried shallots

  1. Heat the oil, then saute shallot and garlic until wilted.

  2. Put the floor spices, and cook until aromatic.

  3. Then include the tripe, cook until a small brown and slightly dried out.
