Recipes Leek vinagrette

  1. 6 medium leeks
  2. white wine vinegar
  3. 1 tsp dijon mustard
  4. 175 ml olive oil
  5. 2 shallots
  6. salt and pepper

Recipes Leek vinagrette

  1. Cut both ends off the leeks then peel and wash them extensively

  2. Tie the leeks along (in two bunches of 3) and even put these questions pan of boiling normal water for 20 mins checking that that they are soft before removing in the high temperature

  3. Rinse the leeks throughout cold water and dry them ahead of cutting into 7cm lengths

  4. Prepare the vinagrette by mixing several tbsp of white wine vinegar, a single tsp mustard and the olive petrol – season with salt and cayenne pepper

  5. Chop the shallots carefully and add those to the vinagrette mixing up all ingredients effectively

  6. Organize the pieces of leek in some sort of serving dish and pour the vinagrette over them

  7. Leave throughout the fridge for 1 hour ahead of offering
