Recipes Lettuce Salad

  1. 1/2 brain lettuce (as much since you want)
  2. red leaf member of the lettuce family (as much as you want)
  3. half of pack tomyo (pea sprouts) (cut into 3 cm length)
  4. 5 crab sticks (※) (tear into appropriate pieces)
  5. 2 Tbsp mayonaisse (to taste)
  6. 1 pickled ume (remove the seed starting, chop finely) (optional)
  7. sodium and pepper

Recipes Lettuce Salad

  1. Bring the particular water and salt in order to a boil. Put two kinds of lettuce plus tomyo and cook with regard to 10~20 seconds, immediately bathe in cold water plus let them cool, after that drain very well.

  2. Just before feeding on, combine the drained veggies and mayonaise and cut ume(optional). Season with sodium and pepper.
