  1. 16 small pomfret fish or virtually any fish or fish fillet

  3. 5 small desseded bird eye chili
  4. 5 various small deseeded green pet eye chili
  5. (dried curry sauce)
  6. 1/2 tsp curry powder
  7. 1 tbsp brightness soy sauce
  8. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  9. 1 tsp sugar
  10. 2 tbsp dim soy sauce
  11. (pounded paste)
  12. 3 clove garlic
  13. 3 or more small shallot
  14. 1 thumb size fresh turmeric or perhaps ginger (optional)
  15. 2 tbsp dried shrimp(optional)
  16. 3 tbsp oil

Recipes Crispy Fried Fish With Dry Curried Sauce

  1. Fried fish

  2. Season species of fish with salt then deep fry right up until lightly brown and crispy about 6th minute or longer depending on the size and thickness of fish

  3. Fry curry sauce

  4. In pan with oil saute pounded paste till fragrant and light brown then add chili and curry leave for 1 minute

  5. Add sauce and mix well

  6. Add cooked fried fish gently coat with spicy curry sauce
